How we handle your information

This website belongs to Resolute Tree Care, a tree service with a service office at 4432 W Osborne Ave, Tampa, FL and a head office at 11846 Landmark Dr, Hudson, FL. You can reach us at (813) 548-5624. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

This website does not collect information through forms, accounts or sign-ups. The information we handle comes mainly from phone calls: your name, phone number, address and what you tell us about the job. Our phone system may also record the time and length of calls and the number that called.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Map sections on this site do not load anything from Google until you choose to view the map. Once you do, Google's own privacy policy applies to that map.

We use what you tell us to answer your questions, give you a price, schedule and carry out the work, handle permits when needed, send invoices, and follow up on the job. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We share information only as needed to do the job: with permit offices when a permit is required, with payment processors, and with service providers who run our phones and website. When our terms apply and another local provider handles your call, that provider receives the details you share on that call and handles them under its own policies.

Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and training. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

We keep job records for as long as needed for the work, warranties, taxes and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
