Our service pages and guides are general information about tree care in the Tampa area. They are not a substitute for an in-person look at your tree, and they are not legal, insurance or engineering advice. Permit rules and published price ranges change; confirm current rules with the relevant city or county before acting on them.

Price ranges quoted on this site come from published market sources and are not quotes from us. A price for your job is given after we understand the tree, its surroundings and the scope of work, and it is confirmed in writing before work starts.

This website works by phone. When you call us, you agree that we may call or text you back at that number about your request and the work. We will not use your number for unrelated marketing.

Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and training. When a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

Resolute Tree Care handles calls and jobs with its own team. During storm surges, after-hours emergencies, or when every crew is committed, a call may be transferred or forwarded to another trusted local tree service so you are not left waiting. That provider is a separate business: it sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and any agreement for work is between you and that provider. Please confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.

You are responsible for confirming that you own or have permission to work on the trees involved. Where a permit is required, work starts once it is approved. Trees on a property line generally need the agreement of both owners.

This site links to government and other outside websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

To the extent the law allows, Resolute Tree Care is not liable for decisions made using the general information on this website without a site visit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law that cannot be limited.
